The teachers, governors and parents of the school consider nursery education to be extremely important. There is a maintained nursery within our school as part of our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). It's an extremely popular and successful nursery which allows your child plenty of opportunity to prepare for school and make for a seamless transition.
The EYFS aims to provide:

The curriculum is based on the Early Years Foundation Stage, with contains seven areas of learning:

- Understanding the world
- Expressive arts and design
