Arthog on Saturday. Gorge walking and canoeing. We have had a wet day today, and not just from the rain. The children scrambled down a gorge for a few hundred metres, taking great care and helping each other to be safe. Then we reached the beach, had a paddle (up to our knees), and then scrambled back up. We were lucky enough to discover water slides, and we learnt that fresh water is a lot colder than sea water.
